The restaurant service is delicious and punctual, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the medical staff is highly qualified and professional. I was going through a very difficult time, and I was discharged yesterday. Thanks to the clinic, their support made my experience a thousand times more bearable. I will definitely consider it my favorite clinic. As an area for improvement: they should pay more attention to the emergency room. When it's overwhelmed, it's chaotic, and the wait times are excessively long. Also, if I needed a specialist, I had to wait almost a day. Otherwise, I am extremely grateful to Clínica del Country for their excellent service and support ♥️. In a vulnerable moment like being sick, that's what one hopes for: staff who are empathetic and give you the confidence that your health is in good hands, as I experienced with the clinic.

I arrived at Clínica del Country in an emergency. As a foreigner, I was filled with uncertainty after my water broke at 21 weeks of pregnancy while on vacation. God, in His perfect plan, allowed this to be the closest clinic to where we were. Dr. Manuel Alejandro Torres García is a star. We hadn't even been at the clinic for 30 minutes when we already had answers and clarity about the next steps. Throughout our entire stay there, he was attentive to us and provided follow-up care, far exceeding what one would expect. Despite the sadness of the process we were facing, words cannot describe the peace we felt at all times and how cared for, supported, and attended to we felt. The nurses on the 3rd and 5th floors were wonderful. At every shift change, every time they took our vital signs, and every time we needed them, they demonstrated a kindness, empathy, and dedication that surpassed all expectations. Thank you to the entire team at Clínica del Country for making us feel supported, safe, and in good hands during one of the most difficult moments of our lives. ❤️
